Ms. McCarthy is VP – Branch Manager of Poppy Bank’s Laguna Hills branch and brings more than 20 years of banking experience to her role. She is passionate about making a positive financial impact in the lives of her clients and in the community. She has served with Junior Achievement and South County Outreach. Ms. McCarthy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and Writing from California State University, San Marcos.
